O'Leander cafe owned by Loretta  is a great mixture of Italian and also American food. On weekends they carry several breakfast dishes which are very good including Pancakes eggs dishes etc. They have many great Itailan dishes including Linquine and various pastas. Their Hamburgers are some of the best in Austin.  They have various fish dishes BBQ Ribs as well as mom and pop American food.

Rarely do I see a real Italian restaurant but Domenick's Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant in Cedar Park is that place. The family that runs it is from Napals Italy and the authentic Italian accent will send you to Europe. Their specialty is Pizza run don't walk to Domenick's.
